      Dear Dr Jastram,

      I was wondering if we could use ReqIF Studio to export/convert a Requirements Specification written in PDF to the ReqIF format. Is this possible with ReqIF Studio? PDF is the most limiting data type for us, but it would be good if we could do the same thing for Word/Excel documents. I searched in the ReqIF Studio handbook, but I was not able to find any information regarding this.

      Hi Ekin,

      Sorry, that’s not possible. You can do this with ReqMan, but from what I hear, it costs around EUR 25.000

      All, I have an update on PDF to ReqIF conversion. You should have a look at https://raiqon.com/product/pdf-parser/ (as of this writing, they have a free trial).
