does it make sense to import two versions of the same file with two different hierarchy and new top nodes with same requirement IDs?
in Polarion it duplicated all requirements instead of updating the existing with same ID.
any idea how can we solve this gap ?
the main effort is to create links between items in different modules in the same reqif file
