Text and icons too small on high-resolution monitors

In ReqIF Studio, the text and icons are far too small on modern 4k monitors.

I cannot simply change the scale factor in my operating system because then my other applications become too large. How can I change the scale factor in ReqIF Studio?

For comparison, in Capella MBSE software (which is also based on Eclipse) I change the scale factor by adding the following to capella.ini:
-Dswt.autoScale=200

However, I couldn’t get anything like this to work for ReqIF Studio.

You need to set the Windows compatibility settings for ReqIF Studio (I updated the FAQ). The following screenshot shows the required settings:
