Presentation Configuration for IDs

Hello Dr Jastram,

Is it possible to configure the Presentation Configurations for IDs such that the numbering is based on the hierarchy (dots represent a tab), so something like this:
REQ-1
..REQ-1.1
..REQ-1.2
REQ-2

With the default configuration, the feature does not distinguish between the parent and child requirement and it enumerates requirements according to the order they were created and not where they are located at. So when I create the children of REQ-1 after I created another parent requirement, REQ-2, the children of REQ-1 are numbered as REQ-3, REQ-4, REQ-5:
REQ-1
..REQ-3
..REQ-4
..REQ-5
REQ-2

Is there a way to change this?

This is not possible out of the box, unfortunately. However, the code for the ID Presentation is public and could be modified accordingly.
